Calibration
Regardless matrix ergodicity, this functor calculates gross transition rates for a time-period and specified number of time-steps and then derives the matrix of mean net transition rates. Output transition matrix is an approximation of the multiple-step transition matrix at the order of 0.1% (for most cases) and thus can be used as input for multiple-step land change simulations.
