Create Map
Description
This functor creates an empty map using the given parameters.
Inputs

| Cell Type | Cell Type | Data cell type. |
| Null Value | Null Value | Null value. |
| Projection | Projection | Map projection. |
| Cell Width | Double | Cell width. |
| Cell Height | Double | Cell height. |
| Registration Coordinate Y | Double | The registration coordinate Y. The unit used to represent the registration coordinate is based on the projection assigned. |
| Registration Coordinate X | Double | The registration coordinate X. The unit used to represent the registration coordinate is based on the projection assigned. |
Optional Inputs
