To register, follow the instructions below:

Requirements:
· Existence of vacancies
· Not be a student of undergraduate or graduate courses at UFMG

Request period for isolated courses for 2025/1:
02/24 until 11:59 pm on 03/14/2025

PHASE I: APPLICATION TO THE BOARD

Interested candidates must fill out the appropriate application (click here to fill out the application) and send it to the Board’s email (modelagem@igc.ufmg.br) along with the following documents:

  • Curriculum Vitae or Lattes;
  • Diploma or certificate of completion of the undergraduate course (with the date of graduation);
  • Academic transcript of the undergraduate course, between 24/02 and 14/03/2025.

Note: documents and applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

PHASE II: PUBLICATION OF RESULTS

Requests will be assessed by the professors responsible for the disciplines, and the results will be published from 6:00 p.m. on 19/03/2025.

PHASE III: DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ENROLLMENT

To enroll, those approved must submit the following documents between March 20 and March 21, 2025:

Note: only pay the amount of this fee upon notification of approval of your application. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THIS AMOUNT BE REFUNDED.

Deadline for registration and generation of the isolated registration number (Secretariat): 03/25/2025.
